Hey, Caelan here.

Being in the industry for over four years and having trained for nearly 10. I have seen my fair share of 'fad diets' 'exercises to get you lean' and foods that promice you the world. None of those ended up to be true, but not for a lack of trying most of them on my behalf.

I tried EVERYTHING to get me to the place i wanted to be. I felt like i did not deserve to be healthy and that i was never going to get to where i wanted to be.

But this does not have to be the case for you!

Over the thousands of hours on a gym floor i have tried and tested all sorts of techniques with clients on an individual basis to find what worked best for them.

The only difference working with me online is that it is cheaper than an in person PT but with the same results. An in person trainer will see you 1 time a week where as I will be in your pocket 7 days a week, whenever you need me.

Fitness is not a 1-size-fits-all but rather finding the right tool for the job.

You would not cook a roast with a blowtorch, would you?
